They said 4 weeks ago there would be only 4 battalions be left in Rafah, the rest was already "destroyed" - now there are still 4 battalions left in Rafah, but still a lot in Gaza city and Jaballia. The IOF isn't even anywhere close to "finish HMS" as they are not even fighting them - at the ground they only go for unarmed civilians, they only eliminate fighters by bombing entire buildings or so with eventually a fighter inside and additional civilians.
