In a major attack in Khan Younis, Israeli forces lost four soldiers after Hamas fighters sprayed bullets from a tunnel in the besieged Gaza strip as the war completes six months. Casaulties are in the region of 10X the number killed outright, this would include seriously wounded and dead, by comparison the Palestinian casualties are confirmed more then 100,000 with 30, 000+ deaths, the true figures could be double or triple or even more...
