The thing that stuck with me the most was Piers comment at the end that he had "learned a lot." Knowing a lot from both sides, the thing I was shown here is that neither side sees anything but what the other has done wrong. As long as there is a refusal to admit both sides, honestly, there can be no move towards a resolution.
