But then she said the most important thing is to find the hostages and bring them home first. I thought that was so profound. @@a_leaf Unfortunately, demonstrations are often used as a form of PR by various political movements - it's often hard to know the underlying reasons as to why there are or are not demonstrations. For sure some Jewish communities will be reluctant to make demonstrations because it may place demonstrators in a vulnerable position and increase anti-semitic attacks. There is nothing stopping each of us from asking our representatives to press for diplomatic solutions and swift humanitarian relief so civilians' suffering is decreased.
