For those wondering, the reason it doesn't mold is that the high salt content causes the burger to go stale before mold can grow. If you put it in an airtight container to reduce moisture loss, McDonalds goes moldy like everything else.

Just pointing out that the forearms bones thing, if you notice the skeletal model didn't have rotation on the upper arm bones but if you check on yourself, you'd notice that in order to have your palm completely facing up, you need to rotate your upper arm as well, so the twist the forearms bones is not as intense as it appears to be with the model.

That's what Trans Fats where invented for, it is basically a liquid plastic that can be fried into foods. No it isn't healthy to eat and that plastic fat is very hard to get out of your body. Trans Fats are usually in fast foods and muffins and cakes.
