Ministry of housing should make a change for dispute resolution for short period of hearing. Government thinks that all landlord are rich. question is not for rich or poor Government should make the laws that no one may suffer. If hearing is more than one week after dispute application then Government is responsible to create this problem . Ministry of housing should hire more people to listen the dispute and people may not take the advantage for waiting period for months. does it make a sense. Second important thing Government should look at the availability of housing. Bringing the people from other countries they should check the availability for accomodation to live. we see in videos how the people damaging the nice properties and walk away.
