How to use Vercel blob storage in NextJs

hi sir, why when i use there is an error Uncaught (in promise) Error: Vercel Blob: No token found. Either configure the `BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN` environment variable, or pass a `token` option to your calls. i wanna write the token on .env but that always error, how to write in .env without error
