I love the first one more, but I think CoD 2 is the best Ww2 game ever. Just played it yesterday. Characters like MacGregor are underrated with such fine scripted scenes. Only game that I enjoyed _"Protect the are until help arrives!"_ . Just the ending sucks but it's amazing overall. *_"Vasili! Do everything!"_* Amazing walkthrough by the way.

The ending does feel underwhelming indeed, however the mission itself is VERY fun and supports the game's gameplay very well in a way that's giving it a lot of value.
