You sustain the notes on the left hand with the sustain pedal and then reach over your right hand to hit the high notes with your left hand.

​@@mattdwyer9745 A lot of keyboards also support sustain pedals! That's how I started playing piano, too. I'd highly recommend getting a sustain pedal, as it is somewhat of a necessity to play more complex pieces. Otherwise you'll just have to release the keys of your right hand to play the high parts, which might work.
