So far, we have only used this product once, but it worked well, was easy to set up and clean, and was an excellent value for money. The grill on top worked much better than I expected, giving sausage appealing grill marks. I purchased it for my daughter and her fiance, who had never had raclette before, and was thoroughly pleased with their first experience with this very enjoyable meal option. If it proves as durable as it seems to be, it is an excellent purchase.
