as someone currently living in the parkview neighborhood, The waste treatment plant doesn't always smell, usually its when that breeze picks up. But the homes around here, especially on the beach strip are absolutely gorgeous, there's even a small castle next to the bar and restaurant Crooksy's and it is gorgeous to look at. The beach strip also has an annual yardsale that anyone and everyone can participate in, its a great way to meet the locals.
