Урааа!! Наши голубцы, только заправка бывает еще вкуснее. Обжарить лук и морковь, добавить паприку и потом томат, посолить, поперчить слегка и сахар добавить (убрать кислоту томата). Я прям удивилась когда вы начали готовить голубцы. Спасибо за Новогоднюю атмосферу (для вас Рождественскую)

Our Taramosalata has no milk and mayo because we can eat it also during our fasting periods.Besides row we also use pickled cabbage to make the rolls, a feast dish during christmas. Hi Hamimommy, HamiDaddy & Hamiena 🙋💜🥰 Oh I loveeee cabbage rolls 😋 My Mom was polish, and she made them every week while I was growing up 😊 We use almost the same recipe, but we add cooked rice to the meat mixture, and we bake it in the oven smothered in sauce instead of frying it. They are so fabulous 😍 Hami is SO hilarious, wearing her ear muffs decorating the house for Christmas 😂⛄🎄 I've never tried the Earl Grey cookies, although I've had lavender Madeline's, I'd probably really like them as that's my favorite tea ☕😋 It's so wonderful that you are always interested in learning new things. What a fabulous class to take about Olive oil! I bet it was so informative and interesting 🤔 And let's be real, anything on a toasted baguette 🥖 is delicious 😋 lol. I'll have to try the cod roe recipe. I make a spread with Ricotta cheese, Extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and dried oregano (salt & pepper) spread on the baguette. It is fabulous! I gotta say, your husband is such a fantastic Dad. He interacts so well with Hami, and his delight in his daughter is so genuine and real, it's heartwarming to witness! I will start by saying that your videos are so beautiful, esthetic, warm and cosy. I love watching them. I love Korean culture, as I' ve been watching Korean dramas for the past five years. But when korean culture meets greek culture, I like it even better. The greek music playing when you' re making tarama, the olive oil and the cabbage roles... in my hometown we call these cabbage rolls giaprakia. When I started watching dramas, I thought your stews were red because of the tomato sauce, but no you use red pepper powder.
