Lausanne, 2022. Run-up to the Diamond League Final. The Real Flying Kiwi honoured us with deep insights into his high performance mindset, career/life outlook, driving force(s) and future prospects. Whilst striving for continuous improvement, with a high degree of patience, he cherishes the little and big joys of making a career out high jump. He feels grateful for all the support on his corner and highlights he's just a normal person. One who takes pride in staying true to his values. Kerr has learnt not to take himself too seriously in competition to flow with technical ease, being anchored in the moment to be enjoyed. This way, the New Zealander regards his sport as a way of self expression. Cheers to more records we're witnessing! The only way is up (literally).
