No she wasn’t! She was just changing it slightly (which is what you tend to do when translating into a foreign language, so that idiomatically it sounds correct). The only thing she said which the stall holder didn’t was that the smoothie was for sex, which was obviously as a joke to get Andy to drink it (the stall holder was also laughing at that).
