Hamites (Hima & Tusti) are originated from Ham - came from Ethiopia , Banyankole are Bantu who came from Souther Africa, Congo & West Africa & orignate from Shem. So are the 2 the same ? Just curious
@akasingogeorge29308 күн бұрын
Ankole region has two ethnic groups Bahima and Bairu combined & formed Ankore kingdom thus making them Banyankore meaning people from Ankore just like Tutsi and Hutus that formed Rwanda kingdom that makes them Banyarwanda meaning people from Rwanda

Hello Akasingo George or fans , are these beautiful ladies Hamites or Ankole People ? What is a Hamite ?
@thealisterr6 ай бұрын
They are all the same. Hamite is a term in the Bible to refer to all African peoples, because they are the sons of Ham.

Bahima (or at least Bahima culture) is found in the bible. I will do a video on it from another channel and share it with you. My grandmother was Muhima I believe. Her maiden surname was Gahuza. I don't think we are hamites/hametic. Our lineage is older and the culture is more ancient than we have been told. I wasn't born in Uganda and I'm not too sure of certain meanings. What is the meaning of Bahima in your language please? Tutsi are in the bible too I believe, but from what I can see Hima is older and not exactly the same as Tutsi (at least from a bible perspective)
