Senai Guedalia, wife of Yosef Guedalia Z"L: “I wouldn’t change a thing."

“Even now, knowing what happened, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Senai Guedalia is a true show of faith and strength amidst adversity.
At just 23 years old, Senai lost her husband on October 7th. Yosef was killed while heroically saving civilian lives with his IDF unit, Duvdevan.
In the wake of his death, Senai has used Yosef’s memory to continue to create and do good in this world, as she says he always did.
Senai lives her life with no regrets, fully, and despite the pain is committed to Israel as her forever home.
Her sheer belief- 'Emuna' in Hashem, and the future of the Jewish people, is an inspiration to us all.

This is what our enemies want. They want to destroy the innocent, shining angels so that they can feel more vigorous. But they are not stronger. Dear Senai. Thank you for sharing this memory about him. I have not yet found the one, so I still believe in finding love. And you were the most beautiful, fairytale-like couple. And it breaks my heart to hear all those tales of people of my generation just mourning. I live so far away, but I am sure that people all over the world are, in reality, just heartbroken. October 7th was a human tragedy. These communities were perhaps the most advanced social neighbourhoods in the world and yet so vulnerable side by side with the most barbaric totalitarian mindsets. Unfathomable.
