This is why we need to have stringent laws regarding HOA’s. There’s way too much corruption but it always seems there’s little to nothing one can do unless you hire an attorney to go up against the board’s attorney who is being funded by non other than the homeowners. Makes no sense.

Hoa's seem to be there own government, and the top dogs frivolous spending proves my point! 😂! This is what happens duh. This is why new home buyers avoid the racket. Only those flush$$ will ignore the tyrannical neighbor on the board 😂. HOA's are great if you bought a million dollar home. Some protect those neighborhoods.. But as we see most just appropriate funds. Easier to do it to the low hanging fruit...

People who live an HOA should have residents commit . And have meetings with no bord members present. If they stay on the same page together when thing go bad ,they can act on it.
