I was an 11 year old English lad who fished loch Tay for weeks holiday in the 80s. And every morning a loan bagpiper use to play flower of Scotland and amazing grace out on a jetty every morning. Absolutely epic and every time I hear bagpipes it takes me back to being 11 on them misty murky mornings epic👍

So if you think about it, even though we write in English, we do not speak English as we have our own way of speaking, which is called Scotts.
