There are plenty of direct buses from Bangalore to Hampi..It's a waste of time to come by train..

Trains may eat a lot of time, but we were on a budget. It costed us Rs.366/head to reach Hampi from our home in Bangalore. Also it took us just 7hours to reach Hampi. Not much of a difference we guess, plus a comfortable journey! 😊
