Hampta Pass Trek 2024 (without any guide) || Day-2 Chikka campsite to Jawara || Himachal vlog 2024

This is the second episode of Hampta pass trek and we did Camping in Jwara! You start from Chikka campsite and reach to your destination Jwara campsite in your second day. The change in landscape and terrain is beyond beautiful.
Hampta Pass Trek- At 14,000 feet Hampta Pass in Himachal Pradesh falls under those rare, dramatic pass crossings in the Himalayas. On one side is the lush green valley of Kullu - with forests, grasslands, and flowers blooming on the side of your trail. On the other is the almost arid, stark landscape of Lahaul, with barren mountains and almost no vegetation.
This Episode of the Hampta Pass series, covers the beautiful stay and morning in Chikka, then starting the trek of Day i.e., Chikka to Jwara Campsite.

I really really need your reply as we are planning to go in August end.😊. 1. How were you guys able to know that you have reached a campsite. For ex, Like you mentioned Jwara. How do we come to know where are we ? Any boards / hints ? 2. How much was the weight of your bags as you guys had tent, food, clothes. 3. How do we know the path where we need to go if no one around ?

There are no boards , you will find some local people, and some local shops . There are arrows marked with orange color all over follow those arrows 2nd- I carried 25 kg aprox with my backpack - and my friend carried 10-15 kg 3rd - there are arrows all over the trek , follow those arrows and also you will find lots of people trying to attempt for Hampta pass , keep on communicating with trekers around.
