Those of us in the US are f'd. I'm really familiar with many of these processes and a licensed CPA. For most US citizens its not practical to give up our citizenship to get out of paying US taxes so it gets more complicated for us, which may involve trusts, DAFs and other structures and possibly doing a move to Puerto Rico first to establish domicile there before then moving out permanently but if all your family and friends etc are in the US, the PR thing may not even be practical.

Am I right in thinking if you're from the UK like Hamza, you can't spend more than 120 days in the UK if you don't want to pay to HMRC? So although you have spend 90 days a year in Dubai, you also can't spend 4 months within the UK after if you don't want to pay tax there?

For citizens of most countries their country is the best than UAE like US and UK I am a us Citizen I opened a LLC business now from 2023 we will pay 9% tax to UAE and still I have to file my tax in US and every bank in UAE you open an account you have to fill FATCA forms so the bank can share all of your financial info with IRS so do your research before moving it might not make sense for some individuals the consultant companies and ads they just do their part and not tell all pros and cons it is better to get the experience of someone who is already gone through too many things which they don't even mention of

No way unfortunately except if you decide to renounce your US citizenship. Or you could go the "illegal"/shady route with offshore companies not directly linked to you (in that case you gotta keep that money out of the US)
