Someone who's whole existence and self worth being based on how much they're attracting and having sex with women is just sad. This is so true. People obsess over NoFap like it’s single-handedly going to change their life, but that’s possible only if it’s the only thing holding you back. If you start nofap but you don’t work out, you don’t meditate, you don’t study, you don’t socialize with people, etc. your life will not see much change. I think nofap is a good start because it will make you more motivated to do those other things, but you have to use that new energy in order to improve yourself or it will be wasted. Like Hamza said, you want to the point where you aren’t on nofap; you are simply a man who doesn’t fap. You’re not part of a Reddit program, not fapping is simply part of your identity.

The usage of memes definitely connects to a younger audience. As for the NoFap movement, it is an interesting concept. I would lie and tell you that I'm part of the movement because I still the "bad stuff" occasionally and do the bad deed lol. However, I will tell you this from personal experience: it can be used as a tool to improve your life if you do struggle with addiction. I try to cycle off as much as I can to avoid being hooked on it long-term and I am still working on it. So, if you're skeptical, give it a try? Started watching Hamza around 2022 and started taking ACTION on the things I had learnt in 2023. GCSEs were coming up and I was being a Jeffrey playing video games and it hurt to hear him trashing them. After a few months of meditating and gratitude journaling about it I finally decided to quit video games alhamdulillah so that I can do as well as I can in my GCSEs and make my mum proud (love you mum) Fast forward to late 2023 I get my GCSE results and have achieved 8s (basically A*) in subjects I was FAILING a year earlier. To be honest, I went back to video games during the summer holiday and this time I approached it with a more masculine drive of achieving status (radiant in valorant). Thankfully, a month before the end of summer holidays I quit all video games again and have STAYED away from it after realising how meaningless these things are and how I was wasting my masculine drive. Hamza, I’m just gonna just say this in the most simple way possible: I first saw you videos being reposted as shorts on Tik Tok back in September to October of 2022. I started actually watching your videos in December of that same year, that marks the point when I got on self improvement. Ever since then I have changed drastically. I am a totally different person now. My family and those that I care about are now so much more proud of me (not or say that they saw me as a lesser person before). You saved me from living a much worse life, and now I’m living a much better more different life. Had no fap for 3 years. Unloaded for once and everything improved. Now it's once a month and everything has improved, especially the sleep. Motivation goes up definitely as well as will to be extraordinary even that has to be toned down as you can develop a testicle cancer from it, as I got told from my doctor when I checked why the pain is so high. You aren't bad if you can hold it for a week, that's enough to unload the semen that is built up so you keep them testicles busy
