I have had 800 days on nofap or semen retention and what I can say to you. That after a while it becomes your daily lifestyle. You don't hurt yourself because your neuronal circuits don't get overstimulated like your dopamine receptors. Those are essential for your emotional balance (your serotonin receptors too), you feel confident and emotionally mature. Like Adonis. I try to stay away from social media like instagram, reddit and discord so that porn or masturbation don't become an issue for me in my daily lifestyle. You will struggle whether you like it or not, nevertheless don't count the days, make the days count.

Hamza’s transition from passive aggressive Business, Entrepreneurship, click link pay money to make a lot more money to pure, holy, unfiltered and relatable Self improvement videos that made us love Hamza from his beginning and growth on KZbin is just so beautiful and wholesome! P.S. I love Hamza’s entrepreneurship, business videos- that gave me a lot of hope and possibilities for/in my life. I even try to change people’s mind according to Hamza’s business mindset which is definitely awesome. By saying Hamza’s transition to his previous style and topic of videos is ‘nice’ I mean that many people began watching Hamza’s videos starting with these mental health type vids first and level’d up over time. Even Hamza advises to watch his older videos first and fix one’s mental health before proceeding with the higher level stuff. It totally makes sense and many people do suffer from poor mental health which is super important and the basis for any kind of success. SO KINDLY BE RESPECTFUL AND PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS FIRST BEFORE TRYING TO START ARGUMENTS IN THE COMMENTS WHICH IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING AND TOTAL BS!

Respect for this video, i think that particular community has turned cultish tbh, and really rigid and fixated on these "streaks" which then becomes counter productive. from personal experience I have found it eventually just leads to sexual repression symptoms (weird, disconnected, emotionally cold and numb, overly emotional, aggressive, perverted, disconnected from society) for those who dont learn to find balance in their sexuality and think that one ejaculation is so precious that they feel mentally that they are depleted for weeks to come is a false notion.

Cutting down on porn and masturbation doesn't work, according to the "Easy Peasy Way to Quit Porn," because it maintains the focus on managing the behavior rather than eliminating the addiction entirely. This method suggests you can control your consumption, but it still leaves you caught in the cycle of addiction. The core issue is that any exposure keeps the addiction alive, making it harder to break free. Instead, the book advocates for complete cessation, likening porn addiction to a drug dependency where only total abstinence allows for true recovery. By trying to cut down, you're essentially feeding the addiction in smaller doses, which doesn't address the underlying psychological dependency.

@DylanSymons10 mmmm well for le u sort of did wa hamza said to whole I quit my porn addiction n it worked but it was only through the grace of God I was set free from it. I used to give myself timeliness like for example if I mistreated on Monday I would make myself not masthebate till Sunday n of I fall before that time I make it longer n add a extra week or days n slowly n slowly I was breaking free learning how to resist more n more. So it went from some days to then weeks then a month then their was a point I would masturbate at teh beginning of the month then I went longer n longer till wa day I rmb being in my Grammy house. N I mastubated earlier in the year I did good but I fell. So after time afyer mastirbated i think twice on one night I knew this was going to be the last time I ever mastirbated or watch porn n I did watch porn the next month before God saved me by cutting the wifi n I regained my senses. I have not mastirbated since that day by my Grammy n only through the help of God I have maintain cause it been hard but its worth it. BRO DONT COUNT THE DAYS cause y count the days if u nit planning on watxhing it again. U will have plenty free time once u quit porn. Free time to read the binle learn more exercise n basically do more to curve the addiction n better your life. TRUST me life is better without porn.in two weeks I felt better n healthy again. Follow YAH quit porn n u will he fine. Will it be crazy benefits as those youtubers.no not at all but u will have more free time feel better about yourself more confidence n better self image n it improves everything's around u so it's a plus.

The biggest misconception in the nofap community is how beliefs actually work and how the law of attraction responds to them. When people make videos saying nofap helped them gain energy, get women, and make more money, that is a belief. This means you are creating a reality, validating that reality, and saying it works. The concrete proof of this is there are men who are married that masturbate and have a ton of success. People in the community have had problems with the opposite sex, and they're using no fap as a scapegoat. You need to have a combination of lifestyle choices and remedies in order to address what's actually going on.
@williambarrera4629Ай бұрын
This is an astute and completely resounding outlook on how much fallacy exists in that community. I am a 41 year old married man, own a home, married for 14 years, one child, and have a pretty much successful life despite having a rough mental health landing coming out of the service. But since that breakdown, a multitude of good came out of it. I still had friends commit suicide and because many of them I found were almost completely forgotten by people who preach brotherhood. I elect to live hard, and be present and not be a hypocrite like most of these "professional veterans" (this is what I call them) who everyone dick rides for. I have become a better man for my choices, and even I had that problem that leads one to pursuing no fap. I definitely dont do it as much, but it got to the point where I needed to consume my free time with things that deplete my energy and make me wanna go right to bed. I lift during the day, and at night I run 5 miles with a plate carrier to burn any want to do anything else once the run is done, focus on my contracting business, and then lights out for 8 hours of sleep. these guys who make this shit their whole identity are clowns to me, and the rest of their followers are worse. None of them have anything of value going on in their lives, like what the hell is so damn interesting about a guy who lives in the gym and chest thumps over how many days he hasnt ejaculated? I was born in 82 and I remember when life was just too fucking easy and had enough time and opportunity to become an interesting person.

im christian and the general thing that people say is that watching porn is wrong because it makes you view people differently (obv in a bad way) and it devalues the person. But there has always been an issue about fapping. (Bible doesn't talk about porn obv or fapping) Some people say its bad to do it, some say its fine as long as you aren't watching porn. But it all comes down to the issue of lust. obv u can't fap without lusting after a person's body so the obv answer is to go cold turkey and to not fap again but as this video points out its extremely hard and hamza talks about slowly lowering the number of fapping a month but since quite a few ppl view it is a sin, we repent whenever we do it, so it can be seen as taking advantage of God and abusing his mercy and forgiveness if we commit the sin frequently. Idk i just want some opinions from others outside my religion ig not too sure if i should try hamza's way or just keep trying cold turkey approach edit: sorry if its a bit all over the place. i just but down all my thoughts
@slimepigprodАй бұрын
I'm a Christian too. What's the point of going cold turkey instead of progressively improving if it still ends up not working? The issue with NoFap is that it causes people to beat themselves up every time they relapse, and also causes them to obsess over it, which ends up usually making things worse. If you're making progress doing it cold turkey, then it's perfectly fine, but if it's not working then this is the best alternative. Maybe try a merging of the two systems, create a cap of say 25 times for the first month (going down each month), but still try to do it as little as possible. You could make it a game to see how low you can get, but don't take it too seriously. Hamza's real point is that you shouldn't expect yourself to flip a switch and never do it again, and that an improvement mindset is the best way to mentally frame the process. The end goal is to not even think about it at all, counting an endless streak does the opposite of that. It's not taking advantage of God's grace if you are actively trying your best to improve. God doesn't expect everyone to instantly become perfect, nobody can become truly perfect anyway, all He wants is for you to make a truly honest effort to get closer to Him and to improve; to become more like Christ. Only you can know whether you are really trying to improve or if you are using repentance as an excuse to continue, but the fact that you're expressing concern about it tells me that you're probably seriously trying.

That is the time when I realized that I had spent 2 whole fuckin' years of my life watching self-improvement videos. I stumbled upon the questions of my brothers in the community that you have created and I seemed to know it all. I suddenly realized that I know a lot of stuff that most guys don't and yet, I have not started. I started the Adonis protocol as soon as joined the Adonis gang and now that I have started, I feel awesome. I was wondering about fapping and then you posted this. I agree with all that you said and, even if it sounds funny, I am going to fap 28 times in August. THANK YOU HAMZA....!! What I would like to suggest to my brothers out there is that stop watching self-improvement for some time and start taking action. The time when you have problems is the time you watch self-improvement. And I suggest watching Hamza, as he understands what self-improvement really is.

My plan to overcome p*rn addiction is similair to this but doesn't only involve gradually reducing the frequency but also the intensity of consumption. It goes like this : -Week 1 : Choose only 1 Vid and f@p to it (6x per week) -Week 2 : Only 1-2 Pics (5x per week) -Week 3 : Only 1 non nude Vids, like ig/tiktok OF th0ts ...etc (4x per week) -Week 4 : Only 1-2 non nude Pics (3x per week) -Week 5 : Only 1 Beautiful Girl Pic / Vid of an ig/tiktok girl that you think is attractive but doesn't involve seductive content (2x per week) -Week 6 : F@p Without P0rn (1x per week) -Week 7 : Don't F@p (0x per week)

Man hamza u changed my life buddy… u gave me the perspective I have always wanted… I started looking at life and things very differently… u just don’t state the obvious and give very generalised idea about things like other people on this platform… u give ur own unique perspective towards thing which has immense potency… glad to see u back with the jeffery and Adonis kinda stuff ❤

Kids commenting "Hamza comeback" makes me laugh. Bro he went from how to make money and business videos to this masturbation and no fap videos , its a downgrade

You said that you didn't want animation and music in your videos to avoid giving your audience cheap dopamine, but now you're releasing these videos, thinking about views rather than improving the community.

it truly brings a smile to me face seeing you happy and vulnerable again doing these videos. Used to watch your vids when you were at 200k and this is the hamza that changed my life forever. So glad to see that drive and passion in your eyes and speech again, looking healthy bro 💪

Facts! If you miss a workout you’re not going to lose 3 months of progress, the same goes with no fap. 1 nut doesn’t mess up a month of nofap

🎉 great video hamza. important stuff, down to earth that people can understand. shaming yourself for loosing your streak will only make it worse, because shame is part of the reason why you fap.

That has been legitimately the most sense making and easy to understand video on this topic comparing to other channels.

Everyone learns eventually, to naturally adapt. What I've deciphered from this video; 'that at your own pace in time, you will overcome and prevail.'

There is Something wrong with this advice because if you want to quit something like that you must quit it completely but like going for 2 rather than 5 it isn't that much difference because you still have it in your brain. BE STRONG Brothers

Worst thing about this space is how dogmatic ppl are about overcoming addiction So much analysis paralysis of -is this the right strategy? Just stop doing it YOU haven’t got the luxury of being half way in and half way out
