I want to see everyone, even if I came bc I liked X person,I have lots of trainees I like in the show, but it doesn't mean I only came to watch them. This is a show with 100 girls and I want to decide who really deserves it, if you only promote a few of them, what's the meaning of this program?, how can I see the other girls? This occurs with every "produce" done, and then when they debut, you relax and do whatever you want. I liked so much Produce 101 girls' version, but dancing, singing and rapping of their songs were far away of their real hability,they didn't even seem as a group, they would go for solo activities or with only one or two members more to variety shows. Songs weren't good and only one became successful(it was for the ost of a film...and I think the film was good so it became popular too... )In general, I like watching this but if you could fix these parts, and also when they debut please do a good job with them...

If somehow handong makes the final cut, (I really doubt it since she is really popular overseas but not in China) I really hope they don't do cutesy concepts. Handong really fits Dreamcatcher's dark, nightmare and metal concept. I really hope she does well.

The chances of Handong debuting are almost impossible anyway. There are 9 debut slots, and there are 10 SNH48 members (ex. Kiki), Esther Yu, Nineone, Frhanm, Yuehua trainees, among others. These girls already have fanbases prior to joining the show. She most likely will get eliminated in the next eliminations. *Spoiler:* Though C-fans have been saying that Handong stood out in the next group battle performance, it will all depend if they vote on her, I guess. Girls that ranked 36-60 will get eliminated if they remain in that range for the next rankings. According to some quick maths by people, Handong needs to get at least double the votes she had last round to be safe.

@ppl saying Esther doesn’t deserve first bc she’s not as good at singing/dancing- you forget that girl groups aren’t just made to be the best vocalists or dancers. If that’s all u bring to the table, then just become a singer or a dancer. An idol/girl group member has to first and foremost bring happiness and be loved by their fans, not saying you don’t need talent at all, but you don’t need to be the most talented at everything to be the best idol. Also Esther already has a fan base, so she increases the popularity of this show and the group that comes out of it, giving all the other girls more exposure too. It’s a win win

so far I haven't seen much hate on Esther, just a lot of people defending her. You are right, this show IS ultimately about popularity, not how talented you are. which probably why this system doesn't let talent shine (its difficult if you have no fanbase or screen time - they tend to give screen time to those that are popular to boost views). So I dont blame Esther for getting 1st (in fact not surprised). Its just that at the same time I feel people would also be mad because they feel unjustified. Esther practiced for only a month to rank 1st while some trained for 10 years but doesn't get anywhere. Thats why people might not be happy. but to be honest, it doesn't really matter. what matters is at the end of the day, these girls learnt something and we also managed to see and discover new talent to Stan! that's what matters xDD
