In "Human" Han is in a much better place than when he wrote "Alien." So this is a sequel, of sorts. That's why there's a sample from "Alien" at the beginning. He's reminding us where he USED to be and letting us know he's much happier now because of the support he received. Han has reached a level of understanding about himself and everything / everyone around him. He knows who he can safely lean on and count on. It's beautiful, but OH, how I cried because I was so happy for him.
