You already know when the leaders dances even though the song is about a toilet ghost, the choreography is still unique and full of energy

I thought the red dress symbolized the period. Pretty interesting.

@@genepozniak nop, its the clothes that hanako wears, its from the 2 world war, hanako is a kid that was killed by a bomb in that period, this is obviously an urban legend, its your decisión to believe or not
@genepozniak Жыл бұрын
@@fir7149 I did say "thought," as in past tense. I don't speak Japanese and I didn't know the legend, so I was only able to interpret what I saw. I think I can be forgiven for thinking that a girl in a red skirt, grabbing her crotch, with toilet paper nearby symbolized menstruation. I hope they explain the legend if they perform this in the US, or a lot of people are going to think the same thing. :-)

@@genepozniak the legend is also explained in the chalkboard, again, not trying to be rude, i just think that maybe another curious person could read oír comments and find out about the story
I'm an old guy, and they say that your taste in music is pretty well set in stone by your early 30s. That was true for me. By the time the 90s hit, I found I was listening less to new music and just listening to the 70s and 80s music I grew up with. The more years that past, the more I found new music to be uninspiring, and boring. A few years back I listened to my first Japanese group, ZONE. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed their music. I couldn't understand a word of it, but I liked it and started listening to different songs of theirs. Their music even inspired me to start learning the language, which I'm lousy and. but less lousy than I was before I started. I started checking out other Japanese groups and discovered others that I liked, Yoasobi, BabyMetal, Masayoshi Ōishi, Perfume, and many others. It was like being a kid again, getting excited over discovering new music. Recently, I've been listening to a lot of Genie High. Last week, KZbin recommended ATARASHIIGAKKO! and their song Nai Nai Nai. After watching it I thought, "These girls are really strange, but in a good way". The more videos I watch of them, the more impressed I am with the girls. They have amazing talent both singing and dancing. I understand they do their own choreography as well. It's groups like this that keep me interested in finding new music. Japan should be really proud of the great musical groups they have.Their singers and musicians are second to none, and preform with a passion. I wish much success and a long, happy musical career to the girls of TARASHIIGAKKO!, and I hope everyone else has a lifetime of finding great new music and performers to listen to, no matter where in the world those groups call home. Also, I'm smiling at the thought that somewhere in that building there is someone in a restroom wondering why there is no toilet paper.
I have to say after maybe 5 times watching this and really letting it soak in, i have to say they are so creative and expressive in their movement. I really wish more people could appreciate them like i do. They are so underrated, i will support this group no matter bravo. I hope to get to see them one day live.
There is a strange 70's feel in the music - it adds to the charm.

I would to see Atarashigakko do co-song with Babymetal because thinking about the crazy dance numbers that could happen in just one video between all these ladies.
