Don't forget we haven't seen Ryo Suzaki's full potential. Yes you can say that Fujio was beaten up and tired while Ryo was 100% full conditioned BUT Fujio is motivated and he was on a mission to save and avenge his friend. While Ryo, is very confused and he's not focused... At all. These guys are used to fighting while they're physically hurt not mentally hurt. So, it may sound funny, Ryo is the one at the disadvantage here..not Fujio.

Exactly what I’ve been saying. Even though he’s still very strong and skilled, he never fought anybody in the movie when they were at full power. Tsukasa was fighting multiple guys before Ryo came in for a 1v1. Todoroki had just got done beating two leaders from Ebara at the same time hours before the final battle which he had went in fighting more multiple people. Fujio, Todoroki, and Yuken was tired and bruised from fighting multiple people before in the final battle before they got to the gym where Ryo was just chilling. And on top of that Ryo had folks fighting with him at first in the gym. In a fair 1v1 fight with a fully refreshed Fujio, Todoroki, and Yuken, Ryo would’ve lost to at least to most of them.

Dont get it twisted. He is strong. Fujio said it himself. Do not base his strength just by the ending fight scene. Know their background as well. Ryo is the leader of his former school before transferring to Senomon High to join Amagai. Also, Amagai became the leader of Senomon mostly bcoz Ryo handled most of the dirty work or fight scene. Amagai will not have him as his right-hand man if he's not strong. Fujio even wants another battle with him bcoz he finds him capable. The main characters on this specific High&Low movie are Fujio and Ryo. Read the summary of the story online.
