Thanx, Chef! I loooooove hazelnut praline, for me it's literally THE BEST THING EVER... Anything with it, you know it's gonna be good. And this Nutella is waaaay better than store-bought. And a funny story, if you are going to use a blender, just make sure it's "tough enough" to hadle the praline. I broke mine when I made Nutella, but it was so worth it and it was an excuse to get a more powerful one and a food processor, too. 😂

I was waiting for this recipe since you did the Hazelnut Praliné. I'm a little confused about the shelf life, your suggestion is. Storage: Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. (to be honest, it lasts up to a month) But why that short time, because you blend chocolate, cocoa powder, and hazelnut praline with all these ingredients, has a long shelf life? Thank you!
@HanbitCho3 жыл бұрын
yeah there's actually nothing there that would actually go off - but as with any homemade stuff you don't put any preservatives and there's risk of contamination so I keep the shelf life short.

I just tried this and it is incredible. Can you tell me how I can get rid of the gritiness of the caramelized sugar? There is not enough liquid in there to melt it over time and if you over process it will separate.....how do you fix it? Also, why didn't you include a little salt in this? Just curious. The skins are bitter!!!! You can remove the skins by blanching them. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add your hazelnuts and stir in a table spoon of bicarbonate of soda. Boil for a couple of minutes then refresh in ice water. The skins should then pop off nice and easy..

Dear Hanbit, Thanks for this great recipe. Previously, I tried many different formulas, but I never close to Nutella's texture and taste. I just did as you described, and finally, I made it, thanks to you. It was delicious, but when I ate it, I felt some microcrystals in my mouth. I can sense some micro grains between my teeth. Hello chef! Amazing video! I have got a question! I want to make this and send it to my friend abroad! Is there a way to make a shelf stable nutella that i can keep at room temperature in jar for a few months? Do i add more oil or sugar? Thanks in advance!

Thank you chef for the grate detailed video, I was wondering, is it possible to lower the amount of sugar without affecting the texture and if so by how much? I like bitterness so I don't mind going no sugar at all and high precantage chocolate if possible.

it really depends so I can't say how much! Just test it out and it should be ok.

Hi hanbit, can i use this recipe but change the dark chocolate to white chocolate and cocoa powder to milk powder, to make kinder bueno filling? I think kinder bueno filling it also needs hazelnut praline

I like Nutella but I find it too sweet for my taste so I don’t have it often. If I were to make it myself, do you think cutting down sugar by half is a good idea?

You make it look so easy to make. I don't know why YT recommended this to be, but I'm glad it did.
