Deepak ji as per my knowledge if car is of manual transmission then you should go for modification in automation transmission no need of modification for registration purpose but kindly go through govt circular that will clarify exactly.

Sir pranam please help i have a query sir regarding invalid carriage licence do you have that licence and is your car registered in that category or it is registered in normal category RTO wale license se manaa kar rahe hain kindly help please

Yes sir I have invalid carriage licence as well as my car is also registered in adapted vehicle category. You should apply for UDID first then RTO have to provide you licence. Even if they are denying you should higher authorities for the same. Thanks
