Try learning how to build a computer in minecraft. Eventually you will have a deep understanding of all of the components involved and feel even more dumb because you still have no idea how it works.

@@Angeldust0 Read up on computer architecture and maybe look into a hardware description language (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL! If you can describe what is going on in the CPU, how to encode and decode, operations, etc, you can test it out with a testbench file before implementing it in something like an FPGA! Just make sure your code is synthesizable. :) Lastly, it's obvious, but have a decent understanding of digital logic first, as you have mentioned already.

I have a feeling that Bad Apple is a societal consistency. Like, "Any sufficiently advanced civilization that has the means to display information, will inevitably end up finding a way to play the song 'Bad Apple' on it." It depends on what level of abstraction you want to build at. It would be very simple if just take a RISC-V MCU and hook it up to a display, and it would be a nightmare to build it using pure logic gates😂
