Better to wash eyes with pure normal water frequently especially during work, take 1-2min rest every 20 min & use eye drops if more strain persists.... I also suffer from dry eye... മുരിങ്ങയില, ക്യാരറ്റ്, നെല്ലിക്ക ഒക്കെ ആഹാരത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരം ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും കണ്ണ് healthy ആയിരിക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്
