@John Navidad it's not progressed for a while, so my hands haven't gotten worse. I can’t straighten my fingers and I have a couple of cords in the centre of my left palm and one in the pinky finger muscle on my right. With duputrens being a very varied disease I'm grateful that mine isn't as severe as it initially progressed as. When it first flared up I was having other connective tissue issues so every cramp was dislocating my carples. Bit it's not been that bad recently. Hopefully for you it calms it's progression too. Sometimes it even heals on its own(1 in 10). 🤞for your hands.
