The bun looks amazing however I have never been a backed tuna fan. A barbeque beef or pork or chicken bun but not a tuna bun. Shrimp maybe. Love your channel

In the ingredients list for the dough, salt is 1.5gm or 1/4 tsp and yeast is also 1.5gm or 1/2 tsp. Please clarify the amount of yeast to use. 1/2 tsp seems insufficient.Thank you.
