First to foremost, thank you very much for helping us to learn to cook gluten-free with all of your gluten-free recipes and Caputo Fioreglut gluten-free flour. I grew up with Italian influence and homemade dishes made with friends and family that came here from Italy. But when I couldn't eat wheat pasta anymore, I thought my life was over and you became a lifesaver! Can this be made with CAPUTO Fioreglut?

If you had waited halfway through stretching the pasta, it would not have torn

Hello! For some reason I can't comment in your other video "How to buy the best olive oil (and what's the difference between them)" Just to say: That "Gallo" olive oil is fake. Just google the name Gallo and you will see the difference. The label must have the company name (Vitor Guedes), and the country is Portugal. Someone is using the brand of a good product, to sell a fake one. I know their EVOO, and they don't deserve that, I will contact them to know if they are aware of this. I have a olive grove in Portugal, but I don't sell my olive oil. 😉 Best regards PS - Sorry for the comment out of place.

That's fantastic to have your own olive grove in Portugal 👍👍Thanks for writing in and for sharing your feedback - keep me posted with how you make out on your follow up with the Gallo oil
