I am on the process of picking some of my quilting out and redoing it too because of puckers

It is disappointing but not the end of the world. Hopefully, I'll get this quilt back on the right track soon. Thanks for watching.

I am sorry for the trouble you are having. From what I see there are puckers all over. I feel you should take all of the stitches out and restart from the center, then everything will work its way to the edges. The top is very pretty.

I agree with that. At first I thought I could just take out a row or two but I need to start fresh. Without a deadline, I can be more thorough and that should solve my problems. Thank you for your kind words. Happy you are here in our little community.

I just found you and am a quilter of 30+ years and I hand quilt in a hoop because frames drive me nuts ! Could your seam be off on the top? Than happened to me once but thank goodness it was close th the edge and not in the middle of the quilt! I feel you frustration and sadness ! Hugs and these things happen it will be resolved take a break and thank you for the hard work to put out these videos!

Thank you for your comment and suggestion. I'm not really sure what was happening when it was on the frame. It looked fine going on but ultimately, it was NOT working. I've moved it off the frame and completely started over with the quilting. Working from the center out (in a hoop), I am finding that it is working much better and I am LOVING the way the quilting design is coming out.

Well, the good news is: nobody died. It's only time and materials, and you still have the materials. As a non-frame owner, this issue is a new one to me. Every time I baste the %$@ out of a sandwich I wish for one of those frames. Maybe not quite so hard, now. Sorry about the disappointment, and hope it dissipates faster for sharing. 💕

The frame is helpful when you have a big quilt and lots of time. Unfortunately, the only place I can put it is right in the middle of the living room. I find the frame can be hard on my back. I actually enjoy quilting in a lap hoop the best. Thanks for watching.
