I love your cakes - for the handbag buttercream cake - what size cake pan did you use and did you just cut the 3 pieces from one cake? did you freeze the cake before you trimmed the top? what size tip did you use for the flowers?

Curlytop T I used a 14 mm open star tip for the flowers and yes, I cutted the 3 pieces from one cake.and yes, i chilled it before trimming the top. I used a 9 x 13 inches cake pan.
