I took an early retirement last year. It was not planned but I didn’t buy any handbag last year except 2 canvas grocery totes at $5 each. I usually would buy a few handbags a year. I hope to keep this no handbag buy going because I don’t need more bags. Enjoy watching your bag collection.

I, too, went into an unplanned early retirement about 3-4 years ago, but it was only last year that I started buying more handbags. After being through a lot, and seeing how uncertain life can be, I decided to go ahead and spoil myself, as long as I don’t go into debt and don’t ever borrow money to fund my expenses. Life is too short. Bags are just frivolous things. Don’t spend money on anything that don’t make your heart sing. Instead, take up a hobby that you enjoy. Watching KZbin videos can be an enjoyment, too 😄. As long as you make sure your current and future expenses are covered, retirement can be fun, too. Happy new year. I think it’s cute that you have a propensity to not be able to decide when purchasing bags so just get both. I definitely do that too. I bought one of those sequin baguettes too (in turquoise) and also have not worn it. I think the trick is to not treat it special-I’m building up the courage to just wear it with jeans and a t-shirt. That would be so cool!

I’m glad that I’m not alone in buying both because I can’t decide 🤣. Congrats on the turquoise sequin baguette! It’s so pretty. By the way, I finally used my sequin one, right after filming this video, and I wore jeans 😁. One thing I realised though: At first, I carried it on my shoulder, but as I moved, the sequins kept getting caught in the folds of my clothes. @@joyLoveC hi Corrine, this is going to sound silly but I can’t tell if the sticker on the front of my sequin baguette is there or not. Are the metal F’s and glittery resin on the buckle completely smooth and seamless on your bag? Mine is but I can’t find any indication of a sticker. This is a definite ‘doh’ on my part.

@@kellylyons7611 Not silly at all 😁. Yes, the metal FF and the glittery part are seamless. Sounds like your sticker is already off. The sticker was one flat piece so you wouldn’t have missed it, but it would be strange that the bag came without a sticker. Anyway, go to 6:15 of my Fendi Sequin Baguette unboxing video and you’ll see what the sticker looked like. Hope this helps! 💕
