I agree that the trunk bag with the diagonal stitch is absolutely stunning. But I’m guessing it’ll be over $5K USD and I just can’t. I thought my On The Go in black empreinte was pricey! I’ll have to admire from afar. Thx for the LV updates!

I did get in on the pre - order for the High Rise Bumbag after some effort by my client advisor. The first attempt was a fail but did get in a few days later. There are pros & cons to it & I think it's a great deal for the money I had a LOUIS VUITTON Monogram Pochette Florentine & I looooovvvveeed that bag!! The belt got stolen on vacay so I sold the bag but wish I'd kept it & still had the entire set. The bumbags are really too big for me I wanted the mini got in too late on that but this one I lked bc the nylon strap I think works well for it the strap on the old one though very nice is too stiff of a leather to work with & Idk why LV decided to put the luggage tag on front of this & the coin pouch on mini Neverfull but are obv trying to add to the value of both. Luv the use of natural leather on this bag bc it is a life piece will spray it down & I get the luggage tag keeps you grounded to LV heritage but it's going to just flop around & most of us will take it off & use it for something else. I lk the more open & accessible zipper & think we will find it more secure. This bumbag is not designed to b as dressy as the older version but more of what canvas should b a cheaper entry level piece to the designing house geared to a younger audience to "raise" on LV. Luv the new leather work LV is doing it's lk POP WOW on the new bags & clearly they are elevating their designs & their cost. Chanel who? LOL Idk how the handles to the mini Neverfull would work out could b in the way a bit but that bag & the east west On The Go are on my radar & I knew about the leather pieces from my CA but the prices have me at a pause. Will have to hit bigger jackpots I guess. LOL Although I have to admit in todays economy & the way everything is increasing I've to say they are on point from a business & market stand point even if it hurts. Great vlog!! TY! :)

I pre-ordered the bumbag because I don’t have the original version, I think the price is reasonable, it holds more than the new mini, you can change out the strap (and I have so many LV straps) and I can change out the luggage tag with something else. I will definitely spray the leather to protect it; I do wish they picked black leather instead though

Thanks for an other great video! I love the original bumbag. I was able to get a preloved unused one and will never part with it. It holds so much and looks sooo good on! The side trunk if my score this year but I am also going to try and get it in the black/gold combo as I simply love that. This side trunk is a great usable testament bag to the fashion house in my opinion!! I just love it. The Oxford is my next love as the PM never really worked for me but I'm thinking this will. It just a tad more elevated!

I thought the GO-14 was just another version of their Twist bag, didn’t realise it had a different name! The navy and the burnished brown shades are so pretty. The new bum bag looks cheap in the photos and I don’t understand the OTG east-west, the monogram looks wrong on it. The side trunk with the diagonal stitching looks great but it will probably be so expensive though!

The Orsey bag looks like the strap it's removable 🤔 look at the pic from the white one on the runaway... It looks like it runs under the flap 😮 and why add a buckle if it wasn't removable? 😉

Okay my point is, if it is removable due to the fact it runs into the bag no hoops on the side of the bag it would then maybe be harder to change to a chain strap, for example. Lets see when it comes out, hopefully it will be removeable that would be good

I think the vachetta is LVs way to make people spend more money as it gets ugly pretty fast unless you are scared and anxiously paying attention to how you wear it. Buying vachetta is like volunteering for getting a problem. It could look classic and nice IF your able and willing to work for it.

Louis Vuitton, Louis Vuitton, everything seems to be using the same strap 😏. I guess that strap is a mass production so that they can used it in all kinds of different handbags moving forward. I personally don't like the strap and is very tacky for my liking. A leather strap is so much better and even the Speedy 20 in Damier Ebene, using the same strap that the end of the leather doesn't match the handle of the handbag at all. They just can't be bothered about it. Bumpbag is not my style but yeah, the newer version looks so busy, and the tag will definitely come into way. I like the Speedy 20 in DE but not the strap. If i get the handbag, i will use different strap for it, for sure. Would love to check out the Neverfull BB (if i like it will wait for the DE version) and will try out the East West on the Go. The leather twist lock handbag looks great, but the price is even greater 🤣. I would not pre order anything unless i can try it on. Is all nice in photos but is hard to say. Haha unless money is not an issue, i will 😂Thanks for sharing 😍

@@Handbagholic I had cracking around the zip at the back and where the bumbag “arms” curve/fold. I didn’t wear the bag in heavy rotation and it was less than 3 yrs. I brought it in the boutique to have it looked at and the CA was aware of this ongoing issue. While it was something that could not be repaired, I was offered store credit for the current value of the bumbag. I surrendered the bag and opted for store credit. I do miss the bag.

I'm a Metis fan, I have three, and while it didn't work for you as I remember, maybe this dimension difference might be just the thing for you? A bit less boxy, bit more feminine?

I’ve been eyeing the side trunk for ages, I’m undecided as to the black or canvas. But the rest are a big no for me. I’ve had bad experiences with LV, the two capucines I’ve purchased came defective. So LV in general is a over rated brand.

LV isn't my bag (sorry about the pun). Most monograms aren't my bag (apart from a single Gucci bag, where it is ALL about the colour combination and even then the monogram is still putting me off). What I wish more of these bags had, is a zip closure! So many high end bags don't and it usually is a big put off. I love the shape of the Gucci Jackie, but no zip, the Hermes Evelyn is the same, and the list goes on. I'm even wary of a flap, having my purse stolen from my bag in Covent Garden (I'm sure that I was targeted, my mum stumbled, we're pretty sure someone pushed her, so of course my hand went out to steady her, when my elbow went back on my shoulder bag with flap, it felt different, and sure enough my purse was missing - not that they got much, cards cancelled immediately, and there wasnt much cash in there). Needless to say, I'm very wary of what bags I use and where I use them.
