Handbrake Video File Conversion Tutorial covering avi, mov, mpg, mkv and wmv conversion to mp4

In this video we're going to take 5 files, each of which came from a different source, and encoded in a different format, namely mkv, avi, mpeg2, mov, wmv, and convert them to mp4.

I converted an mp4 to uncompressed *.mov using handbrake, but I have no idea how I did this.. none of these guides seem to help. My issue is that for some reason my premiere pro does not like a particular mp4 that I am trying to import. I does however accept it if I convert to *.mov.. but then the compression makes the file size huge, I'm just trying to create a compressed mov
