Lisa- been following you for quite awhile and love your instructions and find great inspiration. I started painting with underglaze but was very "tight" then watched you and have "loosened" up which feels good and I enjoy the process much more now. A side note is that your videos are so calming - I love the casual chat you have with us and your laugh/chuckle is like soothing balm - might sound strange but if I've had a hectic day - I watch(listen) to one of your videos and start to feel the tension melt away. Thank you for all your sharing -- you most certainly make a difference to those you have never even met ❤

Awww, thank you so much for the inspirational words! ❤️. It does my heart good to know people enjoy the videos. So happy that you're finding joy with your underglazing. It has become my favorite way of glazing. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Awww, thank you so much!!! 😀 ❤️ I did paint some bowls and plates with fall leaves, but now I'm in the Christmas mode, because my next show is the weekend after Thanksgiving. 😀 My next videos will be Christmas trees, snowmen, and maybe some gnome Santas. 4k!!! Wow! 😀

Hi Lisa - great video as usual, I think the leaves and vines make your pumpkins that little bit special, compared to other pumpkins I've seen. The Western glaze is just perfect too. Happy Halloween and looking forward to your Christmas videos! Thanks as always for sharing.

Thank you, Lisa! I've been a potter for 50 years and I still learn stuff from your videos and they're lots of fun to watch. Could you do a video on those straight-sided slab mugs that you decorate with whimsical flowers? I'd love to do that when visiting my daughter. Seems like a nice portable technique. Thanks!

Sure. Sounds like a good idea. 😀

Thanks so much. I'm thinking all I'll need is a strong portable workbench, a rolling pin, a needle, a sponge, and some clay!@@WildAcornsArtStudio

Hi Lisa. Another great video. I have some clay left over from some things I've been making. It will be enough to make one of your pumpkins 🎃

Thank you. The pumpkin 🎃 will look great on your Thanksgiving table. 😀

Great tutorial!! I love the way you make your stems! I will definitely try that with my pumpkins next year. I hurt my hand so I wasn’t able to make anything but pinch pots so I made 52 pinch pumpkins!! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get them glazed in time but I’ll have plenty for next year. I have my dads hands as well lol.

Thank you for sharing! The 4551 Rusty Orange Art glaze is beautiful. Can it be brushed on? I am eager to make one. So fun.
@WildAcornsArtStudio6 ай бұрын
Thanks so much! Yes, you can brush it on. The brush on type doesn't run as much, so I prefer it. 😀

Thank you for your speedy reply. Brushing the glaze on is wonderful! I shall order some. @@WildAcornsArtStudio

Hi Lisa we’re pretty much homebodies too . I love your creations and love watching you make things. You’re awesomeAND ITS NOT YOUR PAINTING!!! The painted plates were gorgeous maybe it was because the others were so different and they wanted that instead.

Thank you!! ❤️. It's hard to tell what people will buy. 🤔 That's okay, I'll be painting holiday plates now. 😉
