Im 36, i have a 15 year old who's been wrestling since 6th grade (made it to fresh/soph state last year). I appreciate these videos cuz we watch them together. Even the videos that go over the stuff he already knows, we go over it together, so he is teaching me.

Similar set up over here at my place... let´s hope one day our sons meet at the world championship, whoever wins - at least one big "THANKS" will go to Jason :-) I have never seen such a fantastic atmosphere in the audience as last year in Budapest - Iranian fans sitting next to Americans and Russians in the rows below...

Ismael musakaev is a master of this. People always point out how his stance is so peculiar because his arms are curled up but it's so he could hand fight comfortably to the inside and gives a bit of bonus to also not getting underhooked

Literally this is one of the biggest things in college...high skilled handfighting and inside position with a lot of physicality...when I went to college I wasn't blown away by anything as much as I was by how well people coild hand fight for ties and how physical it was...technically, the "moves" were no different or more advanced from.what I knew already but the details and fighting for/maintaining good position was from another planet
