With a good "full house" 180 grain load.., it's SERIOUS firepower in a reasonably sized service pistol. (I mean yeah, there are some "hand cannons" that steal it's lunch money... but those things are chonkers.) There is a reason "10mm is best millimeter" lol.

The quartering away one with the 4570 looked like it went all the way through and damaged a back leg. No idea why people shoot them while quartering to. To much risk hitting stomach and guts

mr warren i could not help but notice on the 45/70 you were using hornady leverevolution ammo i have the same magnum research revolver and when i bought it i went to purchase some of those shells and the gentleman at the gun store showed me on the box where it says do not fire these out of a revolver so for safety concerns you might want to swap to a different ammo
