Handheld Camera Effect in Premiere Pro - Tutorial

tried this, can't get it to work, when I look at the footage I've placed in the nest, there is no handheld effects

Make sure to drag warp stabilize on to the Nested sequence, not the clip inside of the nest, it took me a second to understand what was going on

When I delete the handheld clip the effect gets deleted with it.
