There is no English patch for the Japanese version. If you want to play it in English you have to get the digital western version or the physical English Asian release

Handheld Players it has some English but how where do you find the Asia English release I got my japan version from Amazon I can't even use my dlc cards on my vita

If you want to use the dlc from the Japanese version you have to use a Japanese PSN account on your PS Vita. Recently, the English Asian release was available at Play-Asia www.play-asia.com/mobile-suit-gundam-extreme-vs-force-english/13/7097jl?tagid=1961061 but at the moment it's out of stock. Not sure if it ever gets available again or not. Else the only chance to play it in English to buy it through PSN.
