Prostitcher is just not a plug n play. It's not as simple as that. If you can take classes to use it that is very helpful. It is hard learning by tutorials. Tutorials that goes one step at a time. That being said I have had mine for two years. I do e2e and finally getting the hang of setting my area and workspace. Thank you for your presentation

I love your intro video on the 9850! If you would zoom in better at the beginning of the video it would help those who are elderly and have difficulty seen on their iPhone! LOL
