One of the BEST informative tutorials I have watched in a long time. Like many, I learned that I need to make some subtle changes to how I have been doing things, but I am thankful to learn these. Thank you, Handi-Quilter, and Kaye Collins, for an invaluable video.

This was a stellar presentation. Thanks for all the wonderful pointers. Once I finally learned how to reposition, I stopped hyperventilating and sweating when I had a thread break or any other issue that caused me to have to begin at a certain place within the quilting pattern.

I have a new Pro-Stitcher tablet, my Fusion has been serviced and I’m ready to go! Kim’s video of DRAG & DROP has been a game-changer for me! Thank you! 🌸

Thank you! This was incredibly helpful. Idh prostitcher yet (but it’s on the way! 😁) so I’m trying to learn what I can ahead of time. But, the other stuff was so helpful: the thread break sensor going off when the thread didn’t break, how tight to have the quilt and the side clamps (apparently mine were way too tight! 😬😂😅Ooopsy! ) I hvnt used the wrong type of spool 🧵 yet, so I’ll be mindful of that in the future. Oh yeah, the needles 🪡!! Very helpful! 🌷

Excellent! Thank you. (And I'm happy that I was aware of most everything you brought up.) I do have an older system...what version did "Stitch Stats" appear?
@HandiQuilterАй бұрын
We think it came out with version 501 but we're all having a hard time remembering that far back! (:

@@HandiQuilter LOL At this point I'm waiting for the tablet to die because I don't dare let it start in on updating Microsoft if I connect it to the internet! I am, however, considering putting a newer version on the computer I use for simulation.

Thank you so much for this video. Kaye you touched on a lot of basic points that others sometime skip over. I could totally relate to some of the points you mentioned.

I have a HQ Moxie. When I oil bobbin shuttle and start sewing , it is a thread mess on the bottom for the first couple feet. Then sews great after that. What is going on?
@HandiQuilterАй бұрын
How much oil are you using? Sometimes if there is too much oil, you need to cycle it through a little first.
@joanotto9984Ай бұрын
@ I put one -two drops , after two bobbins. Will try less. Thank you.
@dianafromaustralia3244Ай бұрын
I put 1 drop after each bobbin. Before commencing stitching again, stitch up and down off the quilt on the batting.
