The handling was edited in Visual Studio Code, saved with Ctrl+S, then just restarted the resource that the car was in.

So heres the question. Also i cant drag and drop files from openiv to code(it would solve the problem). Otherwise i will have to just extract my handling.meta file into random folder and move it back after some changes. Help me plz to figure out with this.
