Tina, OMG! Imagine my delight to watch your video and to find that you used the idea and improved upon it as well! So happy you liked it! Thank you for the shout out. I live in Saginaw, MI around which three dams have now broken and there is massive flooding. I am safe and sound, but my heart goes out to all of those who have been harmed by the devastation. I've been glued to the tv to watch for info in case I should have to be evacuated and it was such a wonderful diversion to watch your video! TFS the incredible inspiration!

Gosh, I am so sorry to hear about the flooding, how awful, I hope you and your family are safe and doing ok. Also much love to those people who have lost their homes, just devastating x

Jackie Gfeller I THINK you use double sided tape on the edge on the page that will feed into the printer and the opposite edge. Place you napkin and print. That’s how I print on vellum and tracing paper. I am going to try it too.

Wonderful idea. Like printing on tissue paper. When I decopodge napkins onto envelopes, etc., I often don't put mod podge on tops cuz I like the fabric feel of napkin. I'm sure this is same. I don't have a printer, but I do stamping on white 2nd & 3rd layer of napkins to make my own napkins. They look great. Thx for video. I love the blue ones. Austin,TX USA

The envelope at 24:25 would look good with a black soot around the outer edge. I had just started making a few handmade bags the other day. I wanted to do a mass make of them. Then I have several pieces of napkins all over my desk. I know what I'll be doing later today! Love this idea! 💓

Where do I get these little bags and I don't see the napkins on Amazon. I want to do this but I need to get the item's. Also where did you get the images and how did you get the napkins to go through the printer? Could you use the xyron to make these stickers or does the tacky glue do better? Sorry that I am asking all these questions, but I am just getting back into my Scrapbooking and I am trying to catch up on the new trends. I found the bags, but having trouble getting the napkins to go through the printer. I even tapped it to a regular peice of card stock

Boy, these turned out great. I looked up how to print on napkin, and I saw an older video where they used paper towels -- we have 2 ply ones, so I might try that -- I also am going to try using the spray adhesive method, and then a piece of tape that folds over the complete top where the printer first catches it -- if I don't do that on fabric, it jams every time -- but try printing your numbers on fabric -- fabulous result -- I didn't print them all out, but the ones I use the most -- just really cool effect !! They opened up my state -- a little -- and the test results have risen enough the governor is threatening to impose a ruling on mandatory wearing of masks -- we don't go out unless necessary and so far we are well -- Take care, hugs, Patricia

@@shabbydabbydoodah First, Tina, I have been watching on other devices, so no long comments from me -- ha -- don't feel you have to respond; I know you are busy -- but where on earth are you coming up with all these fabulous ideas? Amazing ! And yes, absolutely try the numbers on fabric; they came out beautifully -- and -- I have your other collage page digi, the one with the large No. 7 -- I also printed that number -- OMG -- it's fabulous -- honestly, you will not be disappointed -- I also like printing them out on tea-dyed papers -- fabulous !!! But all that sending love to your other kits aside, tic toc -- still ! -- remains if not No. 1 -- then it's a rotation between 1 and 2 -- ha -- I used it tonight, as a matter of fact -- I made the little coin thingy -- envelope? -- the one with the clocks on the face -- as an over the top of the page flip up -- it's that pretty duck-egg blue, so the flap looks really pretty on the other page -- I put it in my personal journal -- we are having these terrible riots all over the US in protest against the horrible killing of that man by the police officer -- and it's happening here in my little city -- they broke windows out of the police precinct -- set cars on fire and set a police car on fire -- there were some stores that were set on fire -- it's mostly young kids -- uni-agers -- the police here had to deploy tear gas -- they are blocking major roadways -- LA, as I type, is literally under siege -- a huge Target store was broken into and one guy just grabbed an entire wrack of clothes on one of those rolling clothes things -- people running in and grabbing large shopping bags and stuffing them full, then running out -- I don't know how that avenges this man, George Floyd's murder -- and a protestor was killed this past week and several officers from around the country have been injured -- they set a large transit bus on fire -- we don't have the cool double deckers, but still -- this is public transportation -- and the bus company suspended service until Monday -- the driver must have been terrified -- it was 1 o'clock in the morning -- ooh, sorry about the long post -- at least you know it's the real me -- ha -- please don't feel you have to respond -- we have an abundance of kittens, doesn't your little girl need one -- can't I please send you one -- or six -- ha -- take care -- as a parent of young children, you, as so many others, have the horrible decision to make as to whether or not to send your children back to school -- if you can work from home, I'd take the daycare money -- not you personally, third person -- and hire a nanny/baby sitter qualified to supervise video school -- or -- home schooling -- children do need the interaction of other children as a part of learning how to behave in public, socialization, etc. -- but at what cost? We've now had several cases of that childhood disease they "think" is related to covid-19 -- the high temp, the rash, breathing difficulties -- they've had to go on ventilators -- thank God so far they've recovered, but a local man lost his 9 y/o son to covid-19 last week -- that's rough -- I'm old, and I know God is real -- I wouldn't be here were he not -- long story -- anyway, seek God's wisdom when making your decisions, and whatever you choose, it will be the right one -- hugs -- Patricia

Not my idea but I think it's Gayle Agor....... She uses a sanding block to sand the edges which removes the tissue effortlessly. I get mine from Wilko 3 for a £1

Tina I think there is a way you can pin this so it stays at the top of the comments. I’ve seen that on other channels’ comments. Just a thought.

This video got me a bit confused. The title of it suggests one thing and the video itself goes a different direction. I’ve just found your own comment in which you say you meant to link the actual making of the napkins. Hey, it happens right?! 🤭 And truthfully somewhere on this video you did say you used double sided tape (you mentioned running out of it in fact) to aid the napkin through the printer and that’s all I needed to hear to understand how you made your own napkins 😁 ❤️

Sorry Gwendolyn, it’s always difficult trying to capture a video in the title, glad you heard me say how to print them, and hope you enjoyed if you tried some x

No worries Tina, I understand. Yes you do have to give each video a title and whatnot huh, it’s not as easy as just making the video, it’s all the rest of it too. That’s why I appreciate you all for all the work you put into it so we can enjoy and learn. I say: bravo! ❤️

How do you print on a napkin?
@shabbydabbydoodah

You need to stick your plain napkin onto a sheet of paper (double sided tape around the edges works best), then just print as normal x

how about doing a video showing HOW you print on the napkins..from the plain ones I've seen NONE are A4 size, they're all LARGER..plain napkins, even coloured ones l can get aplenty, but the lovely 'vintage/tea part' style ones are no longer to be had..the fad seems to have ceased for them..
