This is true unvarnished talent on display. There is no sound mixing. There is no reliance on electronic effects. Its just a gifted musician with her piano. Very few artists that have chart topping hits nowadays can sing one of their songs so beautifully, with none of the digital conveniences, and make the song sound great. I absolutely adore singers like this. I'm a HUGE fan of trance, but I don't like overproduced voices, and I only really like vocalists that actually can sing. I don't have much respect for those who pretend to be "singers" but have to auto tune nearly every note. I'm an odd duck in America... and I really don't like our music. Damn. I’ve been such a big fan of Marina for a while, but I didn’t know she posted videos like this, that aren’t as professional as the official songs are. Somehow, it makes her less like an idol and more like just an absolutely amazing person.
