No matter how many of these videos I watch I always learn something new! I even like to go back through older videos I've seen before, but now experience them with a bit more experience. Chuck, you are a treasure!

I've made the cuffs from a previous tutorial. Still I always enjoy a new installment. Oh, and BTW the cat passed behind you 😊 saw just the fluffy tail

Thank you! We've had some requests for 3/4 length bracers so I'm glad it was helpful!

I keep thinking of making ones that are a bit more complex using a stamp I got for christmas for a lower layer and an edge layer over it. The stamp is one of the dragonscale pattern ones, trying to figure out how to adjust the sizing for the outer piece to prevent issues with it.

Not a recommendation, but it worked for me. I took my craft knife blade, wire dykes (to keep a straight edge) and broke the blade so that it was only a wide as the spot tines. I did this because, for some reason, I can't make the slot without cutting too far. Making it to wide if a slot. I don't use spots often and I need to work on this process a bit more. I'm thinking of taking an old screwdriver (got more than I'll ever need) and grinding it down to make a punch for spots

I love this, Chuck thank you so much. I’ve been trying to find one and y’all series that was a start to finish to help me. This really helps me understand the process much better.❤

Chuck I think you should relabel this video as a “wrist” guard. The other guard video goes from your wrist to your elbow. That’s an arm guard. This wrist guard is a beauty! Best regards, Richard

Thank you! They are technically 3/4 length so it is more of a wrist guard.

I just cut myself from leaving my blade open yesterday!! Lesson learned the hard way!

Oh no, hope it wasn't a bad cut!

Chuck, I thought it was me on beveling. I had trouble on the non hair side. When you said and showed you had trouble, I went ah ha, it's not me

Chuck, I have never seen you retract a blade on your box knife. You shouldn't lie to us like that 😂. Hell, you didn't even do it on this video.
